Surgical Assessment Unit Sister/Charge Nurse

The Surgical Assessment Unit at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sister/Charge Nurse to join their team. As a key member of the ward management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the ward and the coordination of the team to ensure safe and effective standards of care are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in acute surgical ward-based care, with a strong background in leadership and management. They will be expected to uphold the Trust values and behaviours in every action made, and to be a role model for the team.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist the Ward Manager in the overall management of the ward
