Emergency Department Sister

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective clinical practice to ensure patients receive the highest possible standard of care.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure standards of care are consistently maintained.
- Provide expert clinical advice to ensure appropriate treatment and care is delivered to patients.

Requirements:
- Current registration with the NMC on part one or two of the register.
