Senior Nurse Opportunity in Emergency Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our Emergency Department team as a Sister/Charge Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of nurses, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure the application of effective clinical practice, monitoring and maintaining standards of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent standards of care.
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to ensure appropriate treatment and care is delivered.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with NMC on part one or two of the register.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and its application.
  • A specialty acute care module relevant to emergency nursing.
  • Coaching Skills Development Program.
