Job Title: Sister/Charge Nurse - Emergency Department

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical practice and policies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff members.
  • Contribute to the development of the department's strategic plan and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC.
  • Significant post-registration experience in an emergency/acute environment.
