Location: New CAMHS Inpatient Ward - South East London
Salary: £170,000
Take A Seat is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to lead the clinical team in our newly developed Private CAMHS inpatient ward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the ward's clinical services and delivering high-quality care to young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership in MDT meetings and contribute to service development
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and design individualized treatment plans
- Lead and manage the clinical team in providing mental health care for inpatients
Requirements:
- Full GMC registration with a license to practice
- CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or equivalent
- Proven experience in inpatient CAMHS settings
