About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at NEAS. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with autism and/or neurodivergent individuals to access highly personalised programmes of study.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people to access programmes of study and achieve their individual aspirations
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with staff and pupils, using good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, and have a drive and resilience for a demanding role
