About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at the North East Autism Society. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with autism to access highly personalised programmes of study, helping them to achieve their individual aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people to access personalised programmes of study
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve individual goals
  • Build positive relationships with staff and pupils
  • Use your own initiative to drive positive outcomes
