The Role: Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people to access personalized learning programs. You will work independently and as part of a team to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students, assisting them with their academic progress and personal development.
  • Implement learning strategies tailored to the specific needs of each student.
  • Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters growth and confidence.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to education.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and interventions.
