Sales Executive Opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Lisburn, working closely with our Depot sales team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in our showroom, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow new business, generating leads and developing strategies to increase sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with the Depot sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination, achieving individual and team KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within the stone/construction/concrete industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and close out sales effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of up to £32,000 (doe) + Commission.
