Sales Excellence in Orthopaedic Implants
Chase is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join their team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve the sales forecast as agreed with the National Sales Manager and maintain a strong sales record.
- Customer Support: Attend surgeries and support theatre and hospital staff as required, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records of accounts and potential accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Services Department to coordinate hospital requirements and manage accounts with long-term consignments.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in theatre sales and support in the medical sector, with demonstrable over-achievement of targets.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Territory Management: Managed own territory, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
- Desirable Skills: Hip and knee replacement/trauma sales experience, with a strong understanding of the orthopaedic implant market.
