Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join our Microsoft team at McCurrach. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retail partners and driving product sales through physical and virtual visits, engaging retailer facing content, and valuable retailer insight.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Take ownership of a designated call file of prestigious retail stores, including John Lewis, Curry's, and mobile phone retailers.
  2. Lead physical and virtual visits with retail partners, training store staff on the client's latest innovations and providing valuable retailer insight.
  3. Develop and deliver creative content, including training assets, training videos, and communications, to keep our engagement interesting and drive product sales.
  4. Represent the brand through retail store visits, virtual events, and engaging retailer facing content, building strong relationships with store staff and driving product sales.

Requirements

  1. Evidence of a keen interest or some experience within the technology industry.
  2. Experience of working in a retail environment or excelling at KPIs.
  3. Previous experience supporting or representing a brand of any size.
  4. Proficient in using video editing software and creating engaging content.
  5. Previous experience presenting, in person or on camera, and social media management.
