About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Medical Administrator to join our Urology team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to consultants and clinical staff, ensuring seamless communication with patients and their families.
- Produce high-quality clinical correspondence using Trust digital transcription systems, adhering to national targets and standards.
- Monitor patient pathways, escalating concerns to management as necessary, and ensure timely processing of urgent investigation requests.
- Collaborate with the management team to arrange patients for elective access procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient details in Trust electronic systems.
- Support the delivery of excellent care to patients, working closely with clinical teams to achieve this goal.
