Job Summary
GE Vernova is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Manufacturing Operations Leadership Program (OMLP). As a member of this two-year rotational program, you will have the opportunity to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor: Lead a team of hourly workforce and drive manufacturing excellence.
- Sourcing/Materials Management: Develop procurement and material flow strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Technical: Apply quality, lean, and manufacturing engineering principles to drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain.
- Prior work experience in manufacturing, including internships or associateships.
- No more than 2 years of full-time industry experience.
- Open to relocation within the home country.
- Fluent in English.
