Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor: Lead a team of hourly workforce and drive manufacturing efficiency.
  • Sourcing/Materials Management: Develop procurement and material flow strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Technical: Apply quality, lean, and manufacturing engineering expertise to drive process improvements.
Requirements:
  • BS or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • Prior work experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • No more than 2 years of full-time industry experience.
  • Open to relocation within the home country.
  • Fluent in English.
