The role of Deputy Manager at Caremark Ltd is a key position within our organisation. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care and support. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure compliance with Caremark's system, policies and procedures.
  • To oversee the implementation and compliance of all relevant legislation and regulatory body guidance.
  • To ensure the supervision and monitoring of all staff is carried out effectively.
  • To promote good communication and effective team building amongst all staff.
  • To ensure the successful operation of quality control systems and risk management processes.
  • To prepare and process the payroll, as well as preparing and despatching invoices.
  • To implement the complaints procedure and liaise with clients, relatives, representatives and social workers.
  • To prepare management reports and work within agreed budgets to ensure profitability.
  • To actively participate in the growth and development of the business through various marketing exercises.
  • To support with the emergency oncall phone on a rota basis.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
