Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Service and Repair Team Leader to work from our UK Stafford Office. As a key member of our team, you will embody a safety-first mindset while prioritizing customer satisfaction, timely delivery, team collaboration, and cross-functional working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3 in the service and repair process, ensuring fast turnaround times for all repairs and maintaining safe and compliant work standards.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers, planners, logistics, and other functions to ensure the continuous flow of products through the repair and service function.

Requirements:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Knowledge: Proficient in the SD Module in SAP or any equivalent ERP system.
  • Efficiency Improvement Tools: Experience applying daily management tools, process mapping, waste hunting, and problem-solving tools to improve efficiency.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong people leadership and communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Excellent attitude towards change and continuous improvement.
  • Teamwork: Strong team-working abilities and the capability to understand and support business requirements.
