Position Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, consulting them on the benefits of our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a full understanding of all product offerings and the market.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed targets.
  • Make 80 outbound sales calls and achieve a total call time of 90 minutes per day.
  • Maintain and develop new customers through effective sales methods.
  • Deliver high-quality service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Log information on calls and update all customer records on the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly over the phone to build strong relationships.
  • Learn and apply call techniques, products, and services effectively.
  • Understand customer needs and business goals through inquisitive questioning.
  • Provide exceptional service and drive sales opportunities.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Continuously improve and adapt based on feedback and training.
