Business Development Representative

RADIUS is a leading provider of fuel cards, with a rich history spanning over three decades. Our company has undergone unprecedented growth, expanding to six integrated business units operating across 19 countries globally, employing nearly 3000 individuals.
We are seeking a sales professional to drive business growth and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling and lead qualification.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will excel in creating and closing new opportunities, leveraging their expertise to identify and qualify leads.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Engage with potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, promoting RADIUS's Fuel Card products.
- Drive conversations to understand customer requirements and close sales by applying a consultative approach.
- A minimum of 1-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience (preferably in the industry).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
