Primary School SEN Teaching Support Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced teaching support staff member to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will be working in a primary school setting, supporting students with special educational needs.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, and we are looking for someone who is confident in supporting students with various needs. You will ideally have recent experience supporting young people with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs in Reception and Year 6
- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop individualized learning plans
- Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in supporting students with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £29,000 - £33,000, depending on experience.
