Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the organization's talent acquisition and onboarding processes. As an Internal Recruiter, you will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience. You will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to identify and attract top talent, and for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit a variety of roles within the healthcare business or the NHS
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's needs
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify and attract top talent
  • Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months of experience in an Internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Experience of recruiting candidates in skills-short markets
  • Confidence to partner effectively with key stakeholders

What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a salary between £27,000-£30,000 (DOE) and the opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious organization. They will also have the chance to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in the Fareham office and 2 days working from home per week.
