Care Team Leader

BelleVie, an award-winning homecare provider, is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join their innovative and compassionate team.
This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and developing Wellbeing Support Workers to deliver exceptional care within self-managing teams. The ideal candidate should possess a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, demonstrate strong responsibility, compassion, and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead self-managing teams of Wellbeing Support Workers
- Recruit and onboard new support workers
- Develop person-centered care and support plans
- Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to team members
- Collaborate effectively with the central BelleVie team
Qualifications:
- Must have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends
