Critical Care Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Adult Registered Nurse to join our team as a Band 7 nurse in the Churchill Intensive Care Unit (CICU). As a critical care specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong focus on Cancer and Transplant pathways and develop your leadership skills as a Team Lead within critical care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting, utilizing your post-registration qualification in Adult Intensive Care Nursing.
- Develop and implement effective leadership and management strategies to enhance team performance and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of critical care policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality assurance and governance processes to ensure high standards of care.
