Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Tjarks and Tjarks Design Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, artwork, and client services, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and minimizing delays.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the creative or branding industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
