Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-profile projects, working closely with clients, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and to deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design and artwork, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the creative or branding industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management tools and software.
  • Fluency in German, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
