**About us**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Manage and maintain confidential files and records
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in databases or spreadsheets
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring
- Handle general office duties such as filing, copying, and ordering supplies

**Skills**:

- Experience working in financial services or law firm is preferable but not essential.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills

As an executive assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our directors and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information will be essential in this role. **Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
