**Duties**:

- Liaising with clients and acting as the main point of contact at ECIT Accountants for all Payroll, CIS, and Pension enquiries.
- Preparation and execution of monthly/weekly Payroll for clients. This includes processing starters, leavers, overtime, holidays, SMP, SPP etc.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding payroll
- Deal with HMRC on behalf of Client regarding Payroll matters.
- Help to assist producing contracts of employment for clients when required.
- Ensuring payroll journals are posted correctly to relevant accounting software from payroll software.
- Preparing and submitting year end procedures for P60 and P11d’s.
- Administering auto-enrolment and processing pension requirements.
- Liaising with Pension providers on behalf of client.
- Collecting and processing CIS returns for registered CIS clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role. 2 years minimum experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and need to have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Experience of Iris (Earnie) would be beneficial
- Excel Experience required.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
