**Duties**:
- Manage calendar for CEO/Founder and other admin and basic tech related support
- Assistance with day to day project management including event administration and event logistics
- Liaison with event attendees
- Assisting with production of event materials and elements
- Manage stationary needs for the team
- Liaise with our designer to develop social media assets
- Managing the nominations campaign and working directly with the event manager
to ensure high volume and calibre of nominations received
- Managing the logistics of the shortlisting process
- Assisting with the management of the judging day
- Registering bookings for the awards and invoicing for places
- Managing the guest list and liaising with venue on guest requirements
**Requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good writing skills
- Excellent time management
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Able to multi task
- Interest in event management
- Friendly and professional manner
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn/ carry out tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
