Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from concept to delivery. You will work closely with our design and artwork teams to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard and to deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with the design and artwork teams to ensure that projects meet client specifications
  • Manage client expectations and ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Responsible for the complete budget of all projects
  • Accountable for ensuring that all projects are invoiced promptly and within company timelines

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong administration experience
  • Fluency in speaking and writing German
  • Project management experience in the creative or branding industry is advantageous
  • Advanced skills in Excel and managing spreadsheets
  • Experience in other MS Office packages (Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to balance and own your own workload
  • Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
