**Job Title:** Occupational Health Advisor / OH Nurse

**Salary:** Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality occupational health service to our employees. This includes conducting health assessments, providing advice and recommendations to line management and employees, and developing Company surveillance programmes and health/wellbeing/awareness campaigns.

The Occupational Health Advisor will work closely with the HS&E team, line managers, and the People Team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality occupational health service. They will also assist in the creation and delivery of training sessions across a wide range of occupational health issues.

The successful candidate will possess a broad knowledge of health and safety legislation and up-to-date training and competence in all aspects of Health Surveillance. They will also have experience in preventing occupationally related diseases and injuries through the implementation of effective health risk management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • OHN or Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification (part 1 NMC register)
  • Recognized qualification (part 3 of NMC register) in Occupational Health at degree level or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an occupational health setting within a manufacturing/production environment
  • Experience in creating policies and procedures, promoting workplace health strategies, and training
