Administrative Documentation Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and effective communicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all documentation and records, ensuring an efficient process of retrieval, version control, storage, and archive.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage all documentation and records in paper and electronic formats.
- Upload, code, number, and issue documents using an external document management system.
- Create document management systems for new projects, adhering to client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company quality assurance procedures.
- Liaise with the Associate Design Manager to evaluate and update company procedures as necessary.
- Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with MS Visio, Bluebeam PDF Editor (or similar) and AutoCAD is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience within a construction/design environment is preferable but not essential.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Conscientious and enthusiastic to perform the role and assist other team members in achieving successful outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills.
- £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
