About the Job:
Means Resource Talent Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Associate to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing tasks and making informed decisions to optimize scheduling.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements, anticipating potential issues and resolving them proactively.
- Oversee data management, collecting information from various sources, organizing it into presentable formats, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle communication effectively, screening inquiries, communicating messages, and responding to urgent matters.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, taking care of attendee communications, venue management, audio/video setup, and catering arrangements.
- Record and transcribe meeting minutes, creating a detailed log of actions and reviewing it in a timely manner.
- Monitor progress, following up on outstanding tasks, and driving completion of key results.
- Research and plan company events to enhance employee engagement within budget constraints.
- Provide meticulous attention to detail and proofread Company documents.
- Anticipate changes in priorities and adapt to simultaneous demands for attention.
- Maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion and good judgment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and manage ambiguity.

- Bring expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, with willingness to learn company-specific software or system tools.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
