Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive clinical education programs for pediatric critical care nurses
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance pediatric critical care services
  • Lead educational initiatives that promote excellence in clinical practice

Requirements and Qualifications

  • RSCN/RN Child with current NMC registration
  • Educated to degree level or working towards
  • Paediatric Intensive Care Course/415
  • Preparation for Mentorship course or equivalent
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • APLS/EPALS
