About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for administering our warranties, supporting our branches and their customers, and ensuring maximum return from our manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and submitting claims to manufacturers accurately and efficiently
  • Selecting claims to support key work streams and deliver commercial effectiveness
  • Preparing claim forms and supporting material for all branches within expiry timeframes
  • Ensuring maximum return from all our manufacturers for all warranty work
  • Inputting, updating, and monitoring manufacturer warranty payments
  • Developing relationships with other staff members, specialist repairers, and manufacturers' representatives
  • Managing and maintaining updated knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of warranty administration gained from experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle conflicting demands
  • Professional manner and ability to demonstrate integrity, discretion, and objectivity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in Kerridge system, manufacturer systems, and Microsoft packages
