Executive Assistant to CEO

Apex Talent Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the Real Estate industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and efficient Executive PA / Senior level PA to support the CEO. This role will also suit a Legal Secretary who would like to leave the legal profession and join a growing real estate company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in their daily tasks. The CEO is a high-net worth entrepreneur who works in a fast-paced environment across the various businesses owned.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional diary management to ensure the CEO's day is coordinated effectively
- Monitor emails to ensure critical tasks are flagged and dealt with promptly
- Prepare correspondence and reports as requested by the CEO
- Offer general secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
- Effectively manage the CEO's workload between their various businesses and ongoing projects
- Work with discretion and confidentiality, acting as a gatekeeper to the CEO
- Manage a Junior Business Assistant
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Executive PA, or PA to a senior manager in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
- Skilful at all MS Office and typing speed of at least 50 wpm
- Able to work from the office full time Monday-Friday
- A career-oriented individual
- Be willing to demonstrate commitment and go above and beyond, and be readily available for the CEO as required
