Sales Performance Representative

Lookers VW Guildford is recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team on site. This role involves working alongside a passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service in new and used car sales.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be offered a salary of £25,000 + uncapped commission. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to work with prestigious cars and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in-person to understand their needs and preferences.
- Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer requirements.
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to ensure a seamless experience.
- Negotiate the final price for the sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Complete relevant paperwork for each sale efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be advantageous but not essential.
We are seeking a hard-working and ambitious individual who can hit targets while providing excellent customer service. A full UK driving license is required as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
