Pension Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pension Administrator to join our team in various locations, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior pension professional to further develop their expertise and skills in delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Support the team with training, peer review, and development needs.
- Contribute to the development of member events and ad-hoc projects.
- Attend and present at internal and external meetings, including trustee and client meetings.
We are looking for an experienced senior pension administrator with relevant knowledge of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, coupled with experience of managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
