We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a lovely SEN school in Marston Green. This is a full-time and long-term role, requiring commitment and dedication.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicating effectively with teachers, students, and parents

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable
  • Previous experience working in education is essential
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education

Location
