Buckinghamshire Adult Eating Disorder Service (BAEDS) is based at Sue Nicholls Centre in Aylesbury and covers the county of Buckinghamshire. As a consultant adult psychiatrist, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing a wide range of services for individuals with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess and manage patients with eating disorders, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing psychotherapy.
  • To work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • To contribute to the development of new initiatives and services to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
  • Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research, or management.
  • Excellent knowledge in eating disorder psychiatry.
