Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Paramedic to join our team in providing high-quality medical care and transportation services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and transporting patients in emergency situations.

As an Ambulance Care Professional, you will work closely with the medical team to provide advanced clinical interventions, including drug therapies at the scene and medication administration within PGD guidelines.

You will also be required to undertake emergency blue light driving and work in various locations, such as ambulance vehicles, care settings, hospital settings, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient conditions on the scene and perform preliminary diagnoses
  • Attend to injuries or sudden illnesses by applying pre-hospital simple and advanced treatments
  • Use technology equipment and tools to stabilize patients or provide immediate treatment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Current HCPC registration
  • Experience in emergency response and patient care
  • Advanced driving skills and ability to drive safely under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
