We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Education Specialist to join our team in Northampton. As a member of our community, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to our students who require additional care.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Core Teaching Qualifications: Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it.
  • Academic Background: Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject, equivalent for SEN (desirable).
  • Special Education and SEN Expertise: SENCO Advanced Certificate (Desirable), Patoss AAA Course Completion (Desirable).
  • Teaching Subjects: English, Maths, and Science Proficiency, a minimum of grade 4/C or higher.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
