We are looking for a highly motivated SEN Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel in Northampton.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and dynamic team, committed to providing high-quality education for students with Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • To teach students with SEMH/SEN, using effective strategies to engage and motivate them.
  • To develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with support staff and external professionals, ensuring each student receives tailored support.
  • To provide regular feedback and progress updates to parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress.

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, experience working with students with SEMH/SEN, and a strong passion for teaching and supporting students with unique learning needs.

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH/SEN in a school or similar setting.
  • Patient, resilient, and committed to making a real difference in young people's lives.

The salary for this position is around £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
