LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Lettings & Property Management

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential lettings properties, including viewings, lettings, and property maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to queries and resolving issues
  • Work closely with our property management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase property sales
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue
  • Manage and motivate a team of property managers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential lettings and property management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the property market and industry trends
  • ARLA Qualified beneficial
