Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Provide personalized and professional lettings expertise and advice to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service at all times.
- Business Development: Manage your own business, focusing on profitability and growth, and develop strategies to increase listings and lettings.
- Team Management: Motivate, inspire, and manage a team of lettings professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their targets.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current market conditions and develop a deep understanding of your local market, positioning yourself as an expert in your field.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team to download new properties, agree on strategies, and match potential tenants with suitable properties.
Requirements:
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, focusing on delivering exceptional service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive and Determination: Demonstrate drive, determination, and a strong work ethic, with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Ambition and Self-Motivation: Be ambitious and self-motivated, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £29,750 (plus additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months)
- Uncapped OTE: £45,000 - £50,000 (plus £3,500 car allowance or company car)
- Benefits Package: 33 days paid holiday, plus an extra day off for your birthday, pension, life insurance, phone allowance, company rewards and incentives, structured career path, employee assistance scheme, and paid entry fees for charitable events.
