About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to join our team at Arun Estate Agencies Ltd. As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise to our clients, while also driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of lettings properties, ensuring that all properties are accurately marketed and presented to potential tenants.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase business revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Conduct viewings and negotiations with potential tenants, ensuring that all properties are let to suitable tenants at the best possible price.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all lettings activity, including property details, tenant information, and rental income.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless service for clients and to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the lettings market and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lettings management, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants.

  • Strong marketing and business development skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

  • Highly organized and efficient, with excellent time management and administrative skills.

  • Proficient in using property management software and other relevant systems.

  • Full driving license and ability to travel to various locations as required.
