Job Title: Real Estate Rental Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Rental Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lettings Management: Oversee the entire lettings process, from initial client contact to property handover, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of property professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, develop new business strategies, and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Property Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and best practices in the property industry, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in residential lettings, with a strong understanding of the lettings process and a track record of success.
  • Qualifications: ARLA Qualified or equivalent, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of property professionals.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective business strategies.
