Job Title: Lettings Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that they are let to suitable tenants and that the lettings process is carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including viewings, lettings, and property maintenance
  • Source and secure new lettings opportunities, including negotiating with landlords and tenants
  • Ensure that all lettings are carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of lettings, including tenancy agreements and rent payments
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of lettings strategies and policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential lettings, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the Housing Act and the Landlord and Tenant Act
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent
