Job Description

**Job Title:** Director of Employee Engagement

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Employee Engagement to lead and manage our HR team at Saïd Business School. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the School's organizational goals and foster a positive, resilient learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire the HR Team: Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Drive Workforce Planning Initiatives: Develop and implement workforce planning initiatives that ensure organizational resilience and growth.
  • Develop and Improve HR Systems: Develop and improve HR systems, policies, and processes to ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with best practices.
  • Elevate Employee Value Proposition: Develop and elevate the employee value proposition by innovating employee experiences and promoting well-being across the School.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a credible and trusted senior HR partner across the School and the wider University.

Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in managing HR functions within a commercial environment, demonstrating impactful decision-making and a commitment to core values.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Collaborative team player with the ability to build consensus across diverse teams, bringing innovation and a continuous improvement mindset to HR processes.
  • Significant HR Experience: Significant experience in providing generalist HR services in complex organizations.
