About the Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
  • Manage guest relations, handle any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards.
  • Support the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide a team.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to ensure seamless service.
