Lead the Front of House Team at Slim Chickens
We're seeking a dynamic Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Slim Chickens. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service, and leading a team of hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team to achieve high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Manage guest relations, handle any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards.
- Support the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
