Regional Sales Executive

**Job Overview:**
Eileen Richards Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Exeter, Taunton, and Torquay. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sales Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Customer Engagement: Utilise provided cold data to follow up on sales leads and develop them into potential customers by understanding their needs and challenges and presenting our supply/collection solutions as the best choice.
- CRM Management: Accurately track and manage all aspects of sales leads and customer interactions through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Sales Target Achievement: Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all requirements.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
- Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for this role, as frequent travel to client sites is required.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm (some flexibility may be possible).
- Field-Based Sales Experience: Proven track record in face-to-face, business-to-business sales.
- CRM Proficiency: Ability to use CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £37,000 p.a. + car allowance & commission.
